Great pizzeria - the last time you ordered by phone, it didn't quite work out

Always delicious !!

Ordered there for the second time and my pizza was burned twice. I also got a raw egg on my pizza. The reaction to complaints was very unfriendly, you shouldn't buy any more food there and it was an insult to the pizza baker. Customer friendliness is zero, after all, I got my money back without any problems. I will not order there anymore.

At the moment due to Corona there is a delivery service or self-collection, it is given outside at the door. Have been regulars since this pizzaria has existed. Living in geldern for 6 years, that means we drive 30 minutes to the pizzaria Pinocchio. The whole team there is warm and friendly, the food is simply great. Always my pleasure.

Ordered three times within the last 4 weeks, for 2 people each. There were 2 times pizza and salad, as well as noodles once. The pizza there is in my opinion the best there is around here, and for me personally it also suggests another pizzeria in the local area. Pizza is super fresh, delivered decently hot and is what you would expect an Italian pizza to be. Very, very tasty! The salad was unfortunately not that sparkling, it was a capricciosa salad. Was put together in a strange way and the dressing strangely tasted like diluted remoulade. So unfortunately not really recommended for us. The pasta is almost as good as pizza from there, I can also warmly recommend it. So pizza and pasta, very, very tasty from there. Telephone pre-orders worked every time without any problems. The lady on the phone was always friendly and nice. The delivery service is excellent, very reliable and fast, and always tried hard. Kudos to the entire Pinocchio team =)

Pizza tastes pretty good. Unfortunately, the service has really deteriorated. You call and order, outside the door you are left standing and ignored. Furthermore, a woman often said that there was no tiramisu. Always sold out. Strangely enough, when someone else served you there was always tiramisu.

Very, very good service and fantastic dishes. Last time I had a pizza with tuna and salami, highly recommended :)

Spaghetti carbonara was ok ... ate better ones. Service nice. Portion ok. Price set a little too high at 8 euros. Like I said, I've eaten better ones for less money. Otherwise gladly again ...

Furnishings are getting old, but the food and the warmth made up for everything. Traditionally, you are served by the mother of the house. Very good and authentic and nobody makes a better fire department ??

At Pinocchio's place here - nobody goes hungry. The food tastes good for young and old - there is also great service.

Real Italian cuisine. Warm Italian welcome. Top quality. Original, very clean furnishing. Delicious with a very sporty pricing.

Pizza and pasta are delicious family atmosphere. Service friendly but after that you have the feeling that there is no interest to the customer.

Nice restaurant. Nice view of a park. Good choice of dishes, including vegetarian dishes. Starter was excellent in taste. Generous portion. Main course, a maccharoni, was a bit boring. The tiramisu was fine again. Service was friendly. Tempo may be a bit lower for a quiet night out.
